I studied studio pottery at Croydon College of Art and industrial ceramics at Stafford College of Art.

All my working life I have been involved with ceramics; decorative tile production and printing with ceramic colours.

Five years ago I started working with glass. My work is influenced by the vibrant colours and images of Africa, having lived in Kwa Zulu Natal, South Africa, for 24 years.
