Amy is particularly interested in the past and how it affects the present and the future. Styles go round and around, something inspires from the past that creates the new.
By rethinking functional objects using ceramic and found salvaged parts she works meticulously giving her pieces a hint of life. She produces a range of ceramic functional pieces that are compositions of cast found pieces sometimes mixed with found items. |

Her jewellery pieces are very individual and hold a sense of memory. They are produced using hand pressing techniques and then mixed with found items.
Amy is always striving to create something new, a new design idea, an answer to a problem or a new way of seeing things.
She is currently developing new ideas and concepts. She is hoping to produce a range of multifunctional clocks and small furniture pieces.
